    Ich nehme Mannosepulver nun seit gut einem Jahr. Vorher hatte ich 4 Blasenentzündungen pro Jahr und musste jedes Mal AB einnehmen. Das wurde mir einfach zu viel. Mit dem Pulver geht es mir viel besser, ich nehme vorbeugend 1 Gabe pro Tag.

    Ich mache gerne noch eine (hilfreiche, wie ich finde ) Ergänzung. Ich hatte auch wiederkehrende Blasenentzündungen, und da ich über 50 bin, hat mir meine Frauenärztin eine Vag.Creme empfohlen, die ich 3x die Woche anwende.
