Recommended consumption:

Unless otherwise directed, adults take 2 to 3 teaspoons (10-15 g) of Epsom salt dissolved in approx. 250 ml water. For a rapid bowel movement, take 1 to 2 dessertspoons (20-30 g) Epsom salts dissolved in approx. 500 ml water.

Children over the age of 6 take half this dosage.

Der Geschmack ist sehr bitter und dadurch sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, doch das Bittersalz wirkt schnell und ohne Probleme.
Ich verwende es immer vor der Leberreinigung nach Andreas Moritz zur Darmreinigung.
Doch einmal konnte ich es auch erfolgreich bei Hämorrhoiden anwenden, durch den Leberstau war die Hämorrhoide so stark geschwollen und schmerzhaft, so dass ich 2EL Bittersalz in einem Glas Wasser auflöste. Nach 20 Minuten war der Darm leer, der Druck weg, der Stau hatte sich gelöst und die Schmerzen ließen nach. read more ...

Für meine Praxis bestelle ich regelmässig Bittersalz und bin mit den Produkten von Narayana recht zufrieden. Nun ist es in die Schweiz nicht mehr lieferbar und das auf der Schweizer Webseite. Unverständlich. Bitte aus der xyz.ch Webseite entfernen oder klar anschreiben!
