Einfach Wahnsinn!!!
Ich bin gegen jede Pollenart & alle Gräser allergisch, deshalb sind die nervigen Allergiesymptome bei mir auch bis einschließlich November vorhanden. Bis ich „Astragalus - Extrakt“ ausprobiert hab, hab ich meinen Körper mit Cetirizin & wenn’s gar nicht mehr auszuhalten war, mit Cortison (vom Hausarzt gespritzt), vollgepumpt - jeder Allergiker kennt sie & ja, die Symptome werden durch Cetirizin behoben, aber : man schläft dafür im Stehen ein.
Die maximale Müdigkeit als eine der Nebenwirkungen ist der Horror & alternativ den Körper dauerhaft mit Cortison vollpumpen - nein danke.
Deshalb suchte ich nach einer besseren Alternative, am besten ohne Nebenwirkungen.
Meine Freundin hat mir dann von Astragalus Extrakt, bzw. erst mal nur von der Wurzel & ihrer Wirkung an sich erzählt & ich wollte es unbedingt ausprobieren.
Zwei Wörter:
Einfach Wahnsinn !!!
Nach ca. einer Woche „Eingewöhnungsphase“ spürte ich absolut keine Allergiesymptome mehr & DAS IM FRÜHLING, sprich Hochsaison.
Anfangs nahm ich täglich 4 Tabletten. Jetzt nur noch zwei morgens & bei starkem Pollenflug abends nochmal zwei Tabletten.
Ich hab sie bei einem Wochenendtrip mal zu Hause vergessen, dann machten sich die Symptome ab dem 2. Tag „Pause“ wieder bemerkbar, verschwanden allerdings am 3. Tag gleich wieder, nachdem ich „Astragalus Extrakt“ wieder einnahm - man sollte sie auf jeden Fall regelmäßig nehmen.
Ein guter Freund von mir nimmt noch zusätzlich MSM Pulver & meine Mutter Zink (+ Histidin + Selen + Vitamin C in einem Tabletten -_ gibts in jedem Lebensmittelladen ), für die optimale Kombi - Wirkung. Für meinen Körper reicht das Astragalus Extrakt, aber das muss jeder für sich ausprobieren, schließlich ist nicht jeder Mensch 100% gleich.
Ich hab mich damals riesig über diesen Tipp gefreut und ich hoffe, dass ich mit diesem Erfahrungsbericht auch anderen Menschen helfen kann / konnte. read more ...

Schlechtes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Ich finde die Qualität zwar sehr gut aber man muss ganze 3 kapseln davon nehmen pro tag, was diese kapseln sehr teuer macht.
