Die Bioverfügbarkeit von Magnesiumdicitrat ist super, dazu schont das Citrat unsere Nieren und hilft bei regelmässig langer Einnahme gegen Nierensteine. Das einzigste was man vielleicht noch ändern könnte an diesem Präparat wäre, grössere Kapseln damit man nur zwei und nicht vier am Tag einnehmen muss.
