Le ginseng, un superaliment
Le ginseng possède d’innombrables propriétés positives : il peut réguler la glycémie, il a des effets anti-inflammatoires et antioxydants et est également utile dans le traitement du cancer. Le ginseng peut aussi renforcer le système immunitaire, favoriser les fonctions cérébrales, réduire la fatigue et rendre plus résistant au stress. Je n’ai pas décidé de faire une cure de ginseng pour soulager certains troubles en particulier, mais pour prendre soin de ma santé dans sa globalité ! read more ...

RACINE PUISSANTE🌝
Une fois de plus, la nature nous a offert une plante merveilleuse.
J’ai dû faire face en peu de temps à deux décès, j’étais énergétiquement complètement à plat et n’avais plus aucune motivation. C’est alors que je suis tombé par hasard sur le Panax ginseng. Quand j’ai commencé à prendre du ginseng rouge, je n’étais tout d’abord pas certain que cela allait m’aider. Au bout de 2 semaines environ, j'ai senti que je n’étais plus fatigué de la journée et que je pouvais à nouveau me concentrer sur l'essentiel. J’ai compris que je devais être patient et j'ai été récompensé. Mon humeur s'est nettement améliorée et je suis également plus résistant face au stress. Mon estomac se rebellait aussi à cause du stress psychique. Je souffrais souvent de lourdeurs d’estomac douloureuses, de flatulences ou de ballonnements pénibles. Après environ trois semaines de prise de ginseng, mon estomac s'est détendu et je me suis sentie libéré d’un poids ! Je ne peux que tirer un bilan positif et conseiller de tester impérativement ce Panax ginseng dans les moments difficiles de la vie. J’ai de nouveau les pensées plus claires, je me sens renforcé, mes capacités de réflexion se sont améliorées et mon état d'épuisement n’est plus qu’un lointain souvenir.
