    Ein Mangel an Mangan kann folgende schwerwiegende Folgen haben: Störungen der Knochenminalisierung, Störung der Fortpflanzung, reduzierte Abwehr freier Radikale und von Entzündungen, Störung des Fett- und Kohlenhydratstoffwechsels, neurologische Funktionsstörungen, Neigung zu Dermatitis und Psoriasis etc. Um einem solchen Mangel vorzubeugen, mache ich nun eine Kur mit diesen Mangan-Kapseln.     Für gesunde Knochen
    Von Mangan wird kaum gesprochen, aber dieses Spurenelement ist essentiell und hat auch eine enzymatische Wirkung. Da ich unter einer Schilddrüsenunterfunktion leide, hatte ich nur das Jod und Selen auf dem Radar. Mangan spielt eine wichtige Rolle bei der Entwicklung vom Schilddrüsenhormon Thyroxin. Ich ergänze es nun seit geraumer Zeit mit dem Mangan von Unimedica 4mg, also einer optimalen Dosierung und fühle mich tatsächlich vitaler. Wenn man sich über das Mangan informiert, wird klar, dass sich eine zu hohe Einnahme gegenteilig auswirken kann. Zudem nehme ich es jetzt auch als Prävention gegen die Osteoporose. Mangan fördert starke Knorpel und Knochen. Auch bei bereits Betroffenen von Osteoporose ist das Mangan sehr sinnvoll und daher zu empfehlen.. read more ...

    Sehr zufrieden
    Mangan wird bei der Ernährung oft übersehen. Ich nehme die Tabletten seit ein paar Tagen und fühle mich schon wesentlich besser. Mir wurden sie empfohlen, weil ich oft müde und unkonzentriert bin. Merke schon eine deutliche Besserung! read more ...
