La vitamine de la puissance
La vitamine C sous forme liposomale est plus rapidement assimilée par l’organisme et a une biodisponibilité nettement plus élevée. Je recommande de prendre ce produit le matin avec un jus d'orange ou un autre jus de fruit, il est ainsi agréable à prendre. J’ai remplacé le café par cette vitamine C et ça me donne l’énergie nécessaire pour travailler, bien plus efficacement que le café et sans agitation intérieure ni brûlures d’estomac. Je n’ai pas eu de coup de pompe avec des bâillements de toute la journée, ça aide vraiment à combattre la fatigue. J'ai également eu des symptômes d'un début de rhume que j'ai pu stopper avec la vitamine C liposomale. L'apport en vitamine C est important pour tout le monde, car l’être humain ne peut pas la produire lui-même et ne peut pas la stocker longtemps, en particulier les personnes végétariennes et véganes, on peut ainsi mieux assimiler les protéines issues de l’alimentation végétale. read more ...
