bringt leider gar nix bei mir
Ein Sättigungsgefühl stellt sich bei mir nicht eher ein und das soll ja die Hauptfunktion sein. Und tatsächlich könnte ich das auch über viel trinken vor dem Essen herbeiführen wollen. Das Problem ist aber nicht das Sättigungsgefühl bei mir, sondern der Appetit. Ich esse einfach viel zu gern und müsste eher den Appetit zügeln, denn das Sättigungsgefühl übergehe ich, wenn es besonders gut schmeckt. read more ...

Ich bin immer sehr zufrieden gewesen mit den Narayana Produkten, aber Glucomannan hatte bei mir leider nicht die gewünschte Wirkung, eher das Gegenteil ist passiert, also kann ich es nicht empfehlen. Es gibt leider nicht die Wunderpille auf die wir alle warten, wir müssen kleinere Teller benutzen und uns bewegen. Ich wünsch euch allen einen Bikinibody! read more ...
