The case-records are very systematically and comprehensively maintained under appropriate main heads: the entering of complaints, the appearance and examination of the patient, the clinical and pathological investigations and advise for further such examination where necessary, the prescription of a single remedy, specifying the potency used and the progress of the case from time to time giving the necessary dates, etc. It will also be seen that Dr. Chatterjee has clearly come out with his own practice of prescribing bio-chemic medicines and mother tinctures in addition, wherever deemedd necessary, as also directions on diet.
