    Cela fait deux semaines que je prends deux capsules par jour d'huile d'algue que j'ai commandées pour calmer les douleurs liées à l'arthrose. J'ai arrêté tout autre complément alimentaire pour cette affection particulière afin de m'assurer de tester uniquement l'huile d'algue. 15 jours c'est un peu court pour juger d'un traitement de fond, toutefois je ressens déjà une certaine amélioration des articulations. Amélioration aussi de la sécheresse oculaire. C'est très encourageant pour la suite d'autant que les capsules sont très faciles à prendre.     Je conseille vivement les gélules d’huile d’algue oméga-3.
    Notre alimentation quotidienne ne couvre aucunement nos besoins en oméga 3. Une supplémentation est donc nécessaire. J’en prends depuis quelques mois et je dois reconnaître que mon état général est nettement meilleur. Ma pression artérielle s'est très bien stabilisée et, surtout, mon hypermétropie débutante s'améliore progressivement. Je n'ai désormais besoin de lunettes que dans des cas exceptionnels. Seul souci : celles-ci se composent généralement d'huiles de poisson et contiennent des additifs de crustacés - et j'y suis allergique.
