Jürgen Weiland: In low gear after a heart operation
After repeated heart surgery due to the congenital heart defect mitral atresia, a four-year-old girl suffers breathlessness with severely reduced oxygen saturation, even on slight exertion. A complication caused by the operation is one-sided paralysis of the diaphragm. With Carbo vegetabilis, the oxygen saturation rises and the diaphragm resumes normal functioning.
