Delivery without vials and without vial holders.

If the vial holders are not used, the lid of the case must be filled with sponge (not included in the delivery), otherwise the vials in the main part of the case can easily slip out of their wooden compartments.

Minor variations in the wood do not constitute a reason to ask for the product to be replaced. Such variations are natural since the wood is not of the very best quality. The correct functioning of the product is, however, guaranteed.
