The aim of this humble effort is to combine two time tested, proven, efficient systems so as to give a synergistic out come which can give dramatic relief in a short duration.

We live in a fast world which is conjested with plenty of problems like pollution, contamination etc. We are now a day’s dependent on medicines even from birth. What is the reason for this? How were our ancestors healthy? To be very frank we have forgotten many vital things, which our ancestors have been doing in their day-to-day life. We will be discussing about this in detail combined with homoeopathy, so that we can live healthily, become immune to diseases, prevent relapses, if at all we come across some problems.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible and l shall get the purpose of my life if this concept proves to be a little beneficial to mankind.
