Homeopathic remedies of animal origin have a special fascination since the remedy pictures often reflect the familiar characteristics of each species. This is especially true of the mammals. This remedy class has been substantially enlarged in recent years thanks to new provings and group analysis. In our issue “Cats and Dogs” from ten years ago, we presented cases from the wild relatives of the well-known major remedies Lac caninum and Lac felinum. In this issue we want to extend the scope to the other orders and families of the mammals, from the marsupials and rodents via horses and cloven-hoofed animals to marine mammals and primates.
