Bessere Sehkraft
Seit dem Beginn der Coronakriese nehme ich Selen mit Zink, da ich im Internet gelesen habe, dass diese beiden Elemente gut für das Immunsystem seien.
Ich bin Zahntechniker und arbeite inzwischen nur noch mit Brille und Lupe. Ich stellte fest, dass meine Sehkraft sich verbesserte und erfuhr dann zufällig, dass Selen und Zink für die Augen gut und notwendig sind. @ Werner Mecenovic. Dem ist nicht so. Das wurde längst widerlegt. Mein Arzt für Orthomolekularmedizin hat mir gesagt, daß das veraltete Erkenntnisse sind, die so nicht stimmen. Es gibt auch für jeden zugängliche Studien bei "pubmed" darüber. Das einzige, was man nicht zusammen einwerfen sollte: Vitamin C und Selen, da C die Aufnahme des Selens behindert. Beispielsweise enthält die Paranuss relativ viel Selen, aber auch Zink. Man hat an der UCLA in Kalifornien 2011 Versuche an Probanden gemacht, bzgl. der Aufnahme dieser beiden Stoffe, um herauszufinden, ob beide Stoffe aus der Paranuss vom Körper absorbiert werden, es ging dabei um die Nährstoffaufnahme durch natürliche Lebensmittel. Und ja, beide Stoffe, sowie Zink als auch Selen, wurden zeitgleich gut aufgenommen. Da mein Arzt auf Orthomolekularmedizin spezialisiert ist und sich ständig weiterbildet, vertraue ich ihm mal. Er hat mich bisher immer bestens beraten. Ich habe jetzt auch nochmal viel Literatur über die Einnahme von Zink+ Selen gelesen, da fand ich auch nichts negatives....L.G. Kathrin. read more ...

Ich nehme die Produkte schon 2 Jahre bin sehr zu frieden. Ich bin 81 Jahre und brauch die Produkte für meinen Körper, Magnesium für meine Knochen, Selen für die Schilddrüse und OPC mit Vitamin C als Blutverdünner, Eisen für Aufbau meines Körpers. Unimedica - Selen Komplex Tabletten hochdosiert - 365 Tabletten
Seit mittlerweile ca. 2 Monaten nehme ich diese Tabletten, ohne bisher eine Veränderung zu spüren, weder positiv noch negativ. Das überrascht mich nicht wirklich, auch wenn ich eine Veränderung erwartet hätte. Warum überrascht mich das nicht? Ich nehme ja bereits einige verschiedene Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, die sehr positive Auswirkungen hervor gebracht haben. Da ja der menschliche Körper Vitamine, Mineralien und auch Spurenelemente benötigt und man ihm diese auch zukommen lässt, kann man sagen, alles fügt sich mehr und mehr zusammen, wie bei einem großen Mosaik, Steinchen für Steinchen. Klar ist, dass Selen da auch sein Übriges tut, um das Ganze zu vervollständigen und zu verbessern. Deswegen wäre ich grundsätzlich gewillt gewesen, 5 Sterne zu vergeben.
Warum ich aber 2 Sterne abgezogen habe, hat seinen Grund: Die Tabletten sind recht winzig und lassen sich gut schlucken, was sehr gut ist. Aber, beim Öffnen der Verpackung kommt einem immer wieder ein doch sehr übler Geruch entgegen. Ich weiss ja nicht, ob es nur bei mir so ist, oder ein generelles Problem. Hinzu kommt noch, das meiner Meinung nach die Verpackung für die winzigen Tabletten viel zu überdimensioniert ist. Maximal die Hälfte dürfte noch immer gut ausreichen. In der heutigen Zeit, in der Umweltschutz und Müllreduzierung, sowie schonender Umgang mit Resourcen, ein immer grösseres Thema wird, könnte man auch hier ansetzen und die Verpackungsgröße reduzieren. Das sollte machbar sein. Werden diese beide bemängelten Punkte behoben, gebe ich auch gerne 5 Sterne. read more ...

Nicht nur Vitamin C ist sehr wichtig bei Infektanfälligkeit, sondern auch Selen - am besten wirkt es zusammen mit B-Vitaminen. Für mich sind dies die Bausteine für ein goldenes Dreieck des Schutzes. Selen stärkt nicht nur das Immunsystem, es unterstützt Entgiftungs- und Ausleitungsprozesse, nutzt der Schilddrüse und stärkt das Herz. Weltweit gibt es große Gebiete, wo in den Ackerböden Selenmangel herrscht. Deshalb ist es so sinnvoll, immer mal wieder Selen zuzuführen.
