Sans gluten mais viande et poisson (notamment crus!)
Ces recettes illustrent la philosophie du Dr Seignalet (cru notamment, absence de blé). En ce qui me concerne, j'évite le cru, du moins je le limite et je ne pense pas manger un jour du poisson ou de la viande crue, notamment parce que je suis végétarienne à 80%. Les recettes sont faciles, le livre propose beaucoup d'idées. Quelquefois, toutefois, les explications manquent de clarté. Je suis relativement déçue par conséquent. read more ...
