    Lieblingsprodukt
    Ich habe einiges gegen meine Unruhe, Ängste und Stimmungsschwankungen probiert ( Baldrian, Johanneskraut etc.), doch das hat alles nicht gewirkt bei mir..
    Deswegen bin ich so froh das ich auf diese Kapseln gestoßen bin. Man merkt schon nach wenigen Tagen wie das ganze System viel entspannter wird , ohne müde zu machen und man einfach viel gelassener und positiver durch den Alltag kommt.
    Ich habe es einer Freundin empfohlen die unter Ängsten und Depressionen leidet und sie ist genauso begeistert wie Ich..
    Ich kann dieses Produkt wirklich von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen.. Gerade in diesen unruhigen Zeiten eine super Unterstützung..     read more ...

    Perfekt gegen Alltagsstress!
    Seit Einnahme dieser Kapseln fühle ich mich ausgeglichener und bin erholter am Morgen. Ausserdem ist Ashwagandha so vielseitig und hilft nicht nur bei Stress oder Schlafproblemen, sondern auch bei Verwirrung, Depression, Angstzuständen, Impotenz, Abwehr von entarteten Zellen, Entzündungen und auch bei hohem Blutzuckerspiegel.     Entspannung
    Mir wurden die Kapseln von meiner Heilpraktikerin empfohlen. Ich nehme sie nun seit gut einem Monat ein und kann sagen, dass sich mein Schlaf verbessert hat und ich auch tagsüber deutlich entspannter bin. Zudem habe ich den Eindruck, dass mein Blutzuckerspiegel nicht mehr so stark schwankt. Ich werde das Produkt auf jeden Fall weiterhin nehmen. read more ...

    Stress besser begenen
    BIO-Ashwagandha hilft mir bei Stress, wenn manchmal alles auf einmal kommt, nicht mehr so schnell in Panik zu geraten. Ich bin gelassener. Einem ständig hohen Cortisol-Spiegel haben in der heutigen Zeit sicher Viele, ohne sich dessen bewusst zu sein. Auch hier greift Ashwagandha. read more ...

    Ich nehme seit dem Frühjahr 2020 täglich Ashwagandha als Ausgleich, als ich damals die Antidepressiva absetzte..ich bin mit dem Produkt sehr zufrieden, da ich auf natürliche Weise in bester seelischer Balance bin. read more ...

    MEIN ABSOLUTER GEHEIMTIPP - Cholesterin, Blutdruck, Blutzucker alles besser, lässt mich fliegen !
    Dieses Ayurvedamittel ist für mich (78) ein hervorragender Begleiter in "stürmischen" und auch normalen Zeiten. Auch nach zeitweiligem Absetzen sind m.E. absolut keine sog. "Entzugserscheinungen" festzustellen. Ich kenne und schätze dieses Mittel seit einigen Jahren. Es sorgt bei mir für Entspannung und gute Laune, ohne dass ich müde werde. Noch nie hatte ich negative Begleiterscheinungen. Im Gegenteil ! Ashgawanda stärkt tatsächlich mein Immunsystem, hat nachweislich den Cholesterinspiegel gesenkt sowie Blutdruck und Blutzucker.     Nach 4 monatiger Einnahme von 1 Kapsel Ashwagandha frühs und 1 Kapsel abends mache ich eine 1wöchige Pause, um die Leber zu schonen. In dieser Pause kann es aber auch vorkommen, dass die Wirkung und Energie nachlässt. Ashwagandha ist ein super Produkt. Ich bin auch begeistert. read more ...

    Schilddrüsenwerte im Griff
    Ich nehme jeden Abend drei Kapseln Ashwagandha und dazu eine Tablette Selen 200 Einheiten.Damit haben sich meine Schildrüsenwerte normalisiert und ich konnte die Schilddrüsenhormontabletten endlich absetzen.
    Ich hatte sie eh sehr ungern genommen und bekam davon auch noch Haarausfall. Bin superzufrieden mit den Produkten!!!!     read more ...

    Senkt nach 3 Wochen zu hohen Cortisol Spiegel
    Hatte fünf Jahre einen zu hohen Cortisol Spiegel mit Gewichtszunahme, Schlafstörungen und einem sehr dünnem Nervensystem. Ich habe mir Ashwagandha bestellt und nach Anweisung eingenommen. Nach drei Wochen habe ich schon Veränderungen gemerkt und nach vier Wochen wurde bei der Blutuntersuchung festgestellt,dass mein Cortisol Spiegel im Normbereich liegt.     Nur zu empfehlen für Krafttraining !
    Ich habe dieses Produkt vor allem wegen meines Krafttrainings bestellt. Die positive Wirkung auf die Kraft und den erholsameren Schlaf kann ich nur bestätigen!!
