Use: Magnesium Fluid is especially well suited for sport fitness massage after physical exercise.
Twice a day or as needed spray 10 times over large areas of the skin and massage lightly.
Spraying 10 times corresponds to ca. 150 mg magnesium.
200 ml is sufficient to spray approx. 1200 times.

Note: do not spray into the eyes. Do not apply to freshly shaved areas or open wounds. Keep out of the reach of children. The Magnesium Fluid can remain on the skin but should be left to work for at least 15 minutes before it can be washed off with water.
