L-Lysine is a basic, protein-forming amino acid. It belongs to the group of essential amino acids. Since the body cannot produce L-Lysine itself, it must be obtained through the diet.     A miracle !!??
    I have been suffering from a very painful skin rash with blisters on my collarbone for 35 years.
    The rash announces itself with a tingling sensation, then appears and disappears again.
