Unimedica les produisent dans un grand conditionnement et à 1000mg, et c'est ce dont j'ai besoin. J'en prenais d'une autre marque à 750mg 2fois par jour. Avec L-lysin de chez Unimedica, j'en prend encore 2 comprimés pendant le repas, et je peux continuer ma cure de L-lysine sans me priver.     La lysine est plus qu'un anti-âge
    Presque personne ne mentionne que la lysine peut combattre les virus et que la lysine soutient le système immunitaire. Surtout en cette période où peur et panique prévalent, on doit faire particulièrement attention à son système immunitaire et lui faire du bien. La L-Lysine est rapidement absorbée par l'organisme, participe également à la formation du collagène et favorise la croissance osseuse. La vitamine D seule n'aide pas. C'est le mélange d'une alimentation saine et de compléments alimentaires intelligents.     L-Lysine dosage élevé
    Je prends de la L-lysine depuis des années contre mes aphtes ou lorsque je me blesse les gencives en mangeant, contre l'inflammation. J'ai essayé beaucoup de produits jusqu'à ce que je tombe sur la lysine !
    Et maintenant il y a la L-lysine d’Unimedica, que je n’ai jamais trouvée ailleurs à ce prix avec un dosage si élevé.
