    Besserer Stoffwechsel, weniger Entzündungen
    Ich nehme L-Lysin schon seit längeren sporadisch ein, weil es meinem Stoffwechsel gut tut. Täglich nun seit drei Wochen als Bestandteil eines Mix aus Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln entsprechend der Leberreinigungskur von Anthony Williams bei Entzündungen. In seinem Buch "Heile deine Leber" hat er mehrere Tabellen von Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln zu Themen wie Entzündungen, Ekzeme, Gehirnnebel, Gicht, Nebenhöhlenentzündungen, ... aufgelistet, bei denen L-Lysin ein Bestandteil der Liste ist. Meine Anti-Entzündungs-Kur schlägt sehr gut an: Mein Körper ist vitaler, die Entzündungen in den Beinen (Muskulatur, Faszien, Bindegewebe) schon stark reduziert, mein Bauchfett und die Verklebungen nehmen ab. Mein Kreislauf hat sich gebessert, denn meine bläulich-roten Lippen sind wieder rosa. Und als weitere Bestätigung hat mich meine Zahnärztin gefragt, was ich denn in meinem Leben verändert hätte, weil mein Zahnfleisch im Gegensatz zur Kontrolle drei Monate davor, nur noch an einer Stelle geringfügig entzündet sei. Ich kann also eine Kur mit gezielt zusammengestellten Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln nur empfehlen. read more ...

    Über die Wirkung kann ich leider nichts sagen, da es für mich auf Grund der Tablettengröße und der Tatsache, dass diese zusätzlich auch noch sehr rau sind nicht möglich war diese einzunehmen.
