Bio Heidelbeersaft ist süß, hat eine purpurrote oder dunkelviolette Farbe. Im Gegensatz zu kultivierten Blaubeeren (V. angustifolium, V. Corymbosum) sind wilde Blaubeeren (Heidelbeeren) nicht nur außen, sondern auch innen dunkelblau. Das Fruchtfleisch ist fruchtig und violett.

Da kein Zucker oder Wasser zugesetzt wird, ist dieser 100% Saft sehr intensiv, fast so wie Konzentrat. Er schmeckt wie frische wilde Heidelbeeren. Verdünnen Sie den Wildheidelbeersaft nach Wunsch und/oder geben Sie Honig zum Süßen dazu. Unverdünnt in kleinen Schlucken genießen, heiß als belebender Tee oder mit Saft zu erfrischenden Mocktails.
