Gute Rezepte, auf für Anfänger geeignet
Viele Rezepte mit eingelegtem Gemüse. Die Rezepte sind einfach und gut verständlich formuliert und auch für Anfänger geeignet. Die ersten drei Kapitel widmen sich den Fermentierungsmethoden und einigen Grundrezepten wie Kümmel-Sauerkraut oder Ying-Yang-Möhren. Dann kommen Rezepte zu Smoothies & Drinks, was man zum Frühstück schon essen kann, Schnelle Häppchen, Salate für jede Tages- und Nachtzeit, "Sandwiches, Wraps & Burger, "Gemüse & Getreide, Hauptspeisen und Die süßen Seiten.
