Safe to use thanks to innovative electrolysis manufacturing process
CDL/CDS 0.3% Chlorine Dioxide Ready-to-Use Solution from Unimedica contains 0.3 ml chlorine dioxide per bottle, dissolved in 100 ml water. This chlorine dioxide solution (CDL in German or CDS in English) is manufactured to the highest standards of safety and purity using a process of electrolysis.
Unlike the traditional manufacture of a solution of chlorine dioxide from gaseous concentrated chlorine dioxide, here the chlorine dioxide is created directly in the water by electrolysis from a highly diluted chlorite and chlorate solution. This avoids the normal disadvantages of the previous manufacturing process and reduces the risk of explosion, salty tasting water, toxicity and irritation of the mucous membranes.
The solution is ready and easy to use.
Each bottle of CDL/CDS from Unimedica contains a 100 ml chlorine dioxide ready-to-use solution.
Important information on the storage of CDL:
After taking delivery, let the CDL cool down in the refrigerator. At temperatures over 10° C, the chlorine dioxide evaporates from the water. When cooled, the chlorine dioxide is again absorbed by the water.
After use, always store the bottle firmly closed and in a cool place.
