Recommended consumption:

2 x täglich je 2 Teelöffel à 3 g (insgesamt 12 g Öl) decken 24 % des empfohlenen Tagebedarfs an Fett in Form von ungesättigten Fettsäuren. Eine Menge von 50 g täglich sollte nicht überschritten werden. Der Ersatz gesättigter Fettsäuren durch einfach und/oder mehrfach ungesättigte Fettsäuren in der Ernährunng trägt zur Aufrechterhaltung eines normalen Cholesterinspiegels bei.
