Si vous souffrez de troubles auto-immuns, avant d’atteindre une phase aiguë où votre médecin vous prescrira des immunosuppresseurs—des médicaments dont la prise prolongée entraîne des effets irréversibles et ruine l’organisme—faites analyser certains gènes, comme SOD, GPx, eNOS, IL-6 (IL-6R), CAT, ainsi que d'autres impliqués dans la production de radicaux libres et le stress oxydatif.
    De plus, effectuez un panel de méthylation génétique et des analyses sur l'hyperperméabilité intestinale. Vous y trouverez les réponses pour une guérison ou un contrôle de votre maladie, mais aussi la source de votre déclin.

    C’est ce qui m’est arrivé.
    J’ai réalisé des tests génétiques (ce qui n'est pas facile, car les systèmes de santé publique refusent souvent d'y donner accès. En Allemagne et en France, c’est impossible, mais je les ai faits en privé, par correspondance, dans un autre pays européen – 900 EUR).
    Le résultat ? J’ai découvert que mon gène SOD est défectueux (SOD1 et SOD2 sont endommagés, mais SOD3 fonctionne encore). Cela signifie que ma superoxyde dismutase (SOD) est dysfonctionnelle (il n'existe aucun substitut efficace sur le marché).
    Autrement dit, je produis trop d’anion superoxyde (un oxygène très réactif), qui me détruit lentement. Et avant qu’il ne m’achève, il génère d’autres effets néfastes.
    L’un d’eux est la production excessive de radicaux azotés réactifs et d’oxydes d’azote. Normalement, la catalase (CAT) devrait neutraliser ces composés, et heureusement, mon enzyme CAT fonctionne bien. Mais ce n’est pas tout : le gène GPx, qui code pour la glutathion peroxydase (GPx), est lui aussi endommagé.
    Pour compenser ce déficit, j’utilise du S-acétylglutathion, qui est beaucoup mieux assimilé dans mon cas que le glutathion liposomal ou le glutathion classique (GSH).

    Même si le chemin est encore long pour maîtriser complètement mon Hashimoto, j’ai déjà observé la disparition des taches sur mon cou et une nette amélioration de mon état général. Mais j’ai dû patienter plusieurs semaines avant de voir des résultats.
    Ne pensez pas que cette amélioration est uniquement due au S-acétylglutathion – ce serait trop simple. C’est juste un élément clé parmi plus de 20 autres antioxydants (tous provenant de Narayana Verlag) et des minéraux que je prends quotidiennement.

    Cela vous semble compliqué ? Trop scientifique ?
    Eh bien, si cela vous semble trop difficile ou trop exigeant, préparez-vous à vivre un enfer – celui de la maladie, de la dépendance aux autres, des dysfonctionnements et d’une mort plus rapide.
    Croyez-moi, faire ces analyses et chercher la bonne combinaison d’antioxydants puissants est bien plus simple…
