Dann hast Du wahrscheinlich keinen Chrom-Mangel. Heisshungerattacken können durchaus auch noch andere Ursachen haben. Bei mir hat es geholfen, dass ich alles auf Vollkorn umgestellt habe (VK-Reis, VK-Brot, VK-Nudeln) und sehr viel Grünzeug esse. Ballaststoffe halten lange satt und sorgen dafür, dass der Blutzuckerspiegel nicht zu sehr schwankt. Einfach mal für einen Monat ausprobieren und alles auf Vollkorn umstellen... L.G. Mit Geduld zum Erfolg
Wer ein wenig Geduld mitbringt und auch mit der Naur im Enklang lebt, der wird mit den Kapseln langsam auch Erfolg haben. Ich habe zwei kg abgenommen, das ist erstmal nicht viel, aber ich halte, trotz normalen Essens weiterhin das Gewicht.
