Ich habe diese Buch noch nicht komplett gelesen, weiß aber, dass es mir hilft, mich weiter zu hinterfragen und zu ändern, was zu ändern ist.
Besonders aufschlussreich finde ich den Abschnitt über das Serotonin. Dessen Wirkung in allen Lebensbereichen war mir so nicht bewusst. read more ...
