Dieses Büchlein habe ich vor etwas mehr als 20 Jahren noch als Heft in Tübingen auf einer Messe gekauft, ich habe es schon so oft gebraucht für Notfälle verschiedenster Art. Wunderbar beschrieben ist die Begleitung bei Operationen, viele Menschen in meinem Bekanntenkreis und Klienten konnten mit diesen Tipps ohne (oder fast ohne) Schmerzmittel auskommen, die Wunde ist problemlos geheilt. Selbst für meine Trümmerfraktur am Unterschenkel haben die Globuli völlig ausgereicht. Gleich nach dem Unfall habe ich mich aus meinem Notfallmäppchen versorgt, das Bein war auch am Tag danach nicht geschwollen, zur Überraschung des Arztes, der den Verband aufgeschnitten hat. Er wollte mir erst mal - in Gedanken - einen Fixateur externa verpassen, das war nicht nötig. Ich konnte sogar noch andere dringendere Fälle vor mir operieren lassen, mir ging es doch gut! Operiert wurde ich dann 3 Tage nach dem Unfall. Auch ich habe nach Op keine Schmerzmittel gebraucht, das Tilidin auf meinem Nachttisch habe ich nicht angerührt. Tolles Buch, auch gut für Laien geeignet.
Ich kann es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Es enthält so viele anschauliche und nützliche Tipps.

Dieses Buch gehört für mich zum Must have. Leicht verständlich für Anfänger und Einsteiger in die Welt der Homöopathie. Deckt wirklich alle Themen ab die zu einer Notfalls Apotheke gehören. Für mich immer der erste Schritt bevor ich zu einer vertiefenden Literatur greife. Meist reicht es aber, und das ist so einzigartig bei diesem Buch. read more ...
