Eins der übersichtlichsten und praktischsten Bücher für die schnelle Mittelfindung, die ich kenne.

Nach einer kurzen Einführung in die homöopathischen Grundlagen werden im vorderen Teil die wichtigsten Mittel (alphabetisch sortiert) kurz vorgestellt. Mit dabei sind sehr wertvolle Unterscheidungsmerkmalen zu anderen, ähnlichen Mitteln.

Im hinteren Teil findet man zu den wichtigsten Indikationen die gebräuchlichsten Mittel, bei denen die bedeutendsten Schlüsselsymptome des jeweiligen Mittels hervorgehoben sind.

Das Buch liest sich gut, und es ist übersichtlich gestaltet. Daher lässt es sich im Alltag (z.B. in der Apotheke oder zu Hause) optimal einsetzen, um schnell ein passendes Mittel für die wichtigsten Beschwerden zu finden.

Dieses Buch ist sowohl für Einsteiger in die Homöopathie, als auch für den Fortgeschrittenen geeignet, weil der Blick aufs Wesentliche gegeben ist.
